I cannot begin to describe how terrible this dealership was. 1- I am no feminist, but as a woman here I was treated with incredible SEXISM- think your typical sleezy dealership and that was this. They would only speak to my husband, even if I were the one asking the question... About the car for me! They talked down to me as though I were a child, and had the most difficult time understanding that both my husband and I graduated as engineers (goodness the scandal!) 2- I am an aerospace engineer. My salesman continuously LIED to me about how engines and exhaust work- he told me I was wrong on multiple occasions when I corrected him, and only stopped after I revealed to him my career. 3- Here's the biggie y'all: they sold me a LEMON!! We were told my purchase had gone through a rigorous multi-point inspection, and I checked the Carfax (which was clean). I of course brought it to be inspected elsewhere. It being a Sunday, I was forced to bring it to a fellow Hendricks location. I was literally LAUGHED at at Mini and the Hendricks of Buford for wanting an inspection. Long story short, the car was deemed safe, I began noticing problems at highway speeds within a week, I took it to my mechanic who after a quick check, determined that my new car had been in an accident and could be labelled a "TOTAL LOSS" due to severe damage to the front passenger strut and potentially catastrophic damage to the strut tower. I contacted Mall of Georgia Mini, who said to bring it in. My husband and I brought the car back and we agreed to sell the vehicle back. Our salesmen went to get the paperwork, but came back saying they can't take it because they had too many cars on the lot. After several hours of arguing my husband and I left and managed to make a better deal with another dealership. I lost thousands on this, but came out with a safe car from this new dealership. 4- They were SLOW! Goodness gracious I spent more time at this dealership that weekend than I did driving to Vermont and back. In summary, I DO NOT recommend the Mall of Georgia Mini. They are LIARS, CHEATS, and SEXISTS. I hope nobody has to endure what I did. This was my dream car... My first car purchase after college... My dream car that I had been saving up for since my first high school job... And Mall of Georgia Mini destroyed that. Please stay away from this place, especially the salesmen by the names of MARK WILSON and JORDAN SMITH. The best part? Mall of Georgia Mini asked me to write this review. I hope this is what y'all wanted! :) More
