We have worked with Jordan Santos for years. He is very professional, and his communication skills are excellent. ALL of my Toyota service is done at Findlay, and I always depend on Jordan Santos as my advisor. Jordan ensures that all of the preventative maintenance is accomplished IAW Toyota specifications on both of m depend on Jordan Santos as my advisor. Jordan ensures that all of the preventative maintenance is accomplished IAW Toyota specifications on both of my vehicles Thanks to his efforts my vehicles have NEVER broken down. Jordan keeps me informed of the vehicle progress in the shop and clears all work to be done prior to doing it. Jordan is a credit to your organization. I always know I will get top notch maintenance and professional treatment by him. More

Let’s just start it off by saying Brain Short is the MAN! !!! He took care of everything on my 2023 Camry XSE Hybrid. Brian and his whole team went above and beyond to make me happy. Brian is a straight up n !!! He took care of everything on my 2023 Camry XSE Hybrid. Brian and his whole team went above and beyond to make me happy. Brian is a straight up no non sense guy just like myself. Thank you Brain and thank you service team Findlay Toyota…. I also have to say the KING of making everything right was Mr John Barr!!!!! This dude went totally above and beyond for my deal and the service that was needed. Another stand up straight forward gentleman. Once again John thank you again I know it was tough but you made it happen. And I can’t forget my salesman Eshaq thank bro I know I was a hard xxx but you are definitely a strong man to deal with my crap. I’m really lost for words this place is awesome!!!!!!! More

The dealership is comfortable and relaxing. I just wish that the sales people were more interested in making sure that the customer has the opportunity to look over the vehicle and feel comfort I just wish that the sales people were more interested in making sure that the customer has the opportunity to look over the vehicle and feel comfortable in their purchase, i.e. able to afford it comfortably. Instead of only thinking of their commission and how fast they can get the deal done. It's pretty bad that I don't seem to be able to get an owners manual for my 2020 Tacoma from a Toyota dealership. More
