My experience at the dealership is always amazing since becoming a customer at CDJR i have never went anywhere else and have started recommending other to their dealership because of the amazing customer s becoming a customer at CDJR i have never went anywhere else and have started recommending other to their dealership because of the amazing customer services I receive from Jordan Russell. I trust the service I receive and that my car is being cared for and worked on properly. I even bring my non dodge vehicles to this dealership because I dont trust any other dealership. I expressed concerns that I have an intermittent problem and that it wouldn’t be fixed while I had warranty. Service guy said if they can’t recreate the problem while there, then there is no problem to dia and that it wouldn’t be fixed while I had warranty. Service guy said if they can’t recreate the problem while there, then there is no problem to diagnose. I showed him a video of the problem. He said “How do I know that’s your video?” Implying that I might have gotten it off of the internet. I paused the video and showed him my key tag and said “Look, my key tag is the same as is in the video”. He then said nothing. I was upset that despite me documenting the problem existing under warranty, I may have to get it fixed outside of warranty in future. They did do a factory reset on the Wrangler, but in my experience as a Mech Engineer for 30 years, if problems aren’t fixed, they recur . The Service guy did seem more contrite when I was leaving than when I arrived. He did ask for my video of the malfunction, before I left. I am concerned for the financial aspect as well as the problem I have could represent a theft risk. More
