Worst dealer scam ever Stay away from this Nissan dealer. I went to buy Nissan Rogue 2019 two weeks a go the price was $20,134.00 after negotiation of $12,000.00 down paymen Stay away from this Nissan dealer. I went to buy Nissan Rogue 2019 two weeks a go the price was $20,134.00 after negotiation of $12,000.00 down payment and $8,134.00 to finance to 12 months. After 6 hours of wait and sealing the deal I went home to find out that the papers handed to me were different of what I signed and I am financing $46,848.00 for 6 years. I called the dealer thinking that was an error from their side none of them wanted to talk to me period. Then I knew it was a total falsification of a contract of sale and a theft. A car of $20,134.00 went up to different price of $46,848.00 . I do not know how. And who will accept such a stupid deal. It was a professional theft. Just ran away to buy from another dealer those are professional scammer. From the finance guy Daniel Cossack to the general manager Jordan Rosen all corrupted. This dealer-shop should close. I did a complain to the consumer protection division and will follow with every thing else possible to get my right back. More

Sales and service I leased a brand new 2019 Nissan. I drove it for a total of 20 days. I had a problem with the car on the 21st day. I called service to tell them wha I leased a brand new 2019 Nissan. I drove it for a total of 20 days. I had a problem with the car on the 21st day. I called service to tell them what the warning stated on the screen. I was told if it happens again to bring the car in or have it towed there. The same thing happened two days in a row so it was towed to service I was given a loaner car and thank God for that. My vehicle was in service for over a week I think it was 10 days. They said they had to call a Nissan technical engineer to figure out what was wrong with this brand new vehicle. I was not happy with this decision because I felt that they should’ve just return that car and give me a new one since this was a brand new vehicle. I am very uncomfortable driving any long-distance or off Staten Island because I’m afraid this can happen again. So having a brand new car is not making me feel safe at all. I did call Nissan corporate and the Are reviewing the problem. The problem was they couldn’t they couldn’t find what was wrong with the car! She gave me the same story every day which was a waste of my time. Because of this experience I probably will not lease another Nissan again . More

Extremely Shady Nissan Dealership I got scammed by this dealership in an extremely harsh way! I was forced to sign up for a loan that I didn't need because they don't do full payment t I got scammed by this dealership in an extremely harsh way! I was forced to sign up for a loan that I didn't need because they don't do full payment transactions! The car was damaged by one of their workers so they refused to sell me a different one! They repainted the front bumper which came back with dirt and bubbles in the paint done half xxx in only 2 days without using a clean room! After arguing for 3 weeks I decided to lose my down payment and default on the loan! Do.not trust this dealership they are extremely shady!! I tried calling corporate office and they did absolutely nothing to help because Nissan has no corporate office in New York!! Do not go to this dealership they are a nightmare group of conniving people so beware!! More

Water of time This review is the type of review that more people experience but are so disgusted with what actually happens that they don't even want to write the r This review is the type of review that more people experience but are so disgusted with what actually happens that they don't even want to write the review to relive the horrors that occur at dealships. Well ladies and gentlemen here is my horror story with the most unprofessional, unfriendly, and unhelpful car dealship you will ever experience. I went in look for a used car, went to go see it was helped by the only knowledgeable person that works at both areas, Christine, loved the car and she brought us in to talk about the car and the price. She had us speak with the manager there, Mark, that at the time are only concern was that he was very young to be the manager on duty - but wait until later on in the review for the real fun - speak to us about the pricing of the car. He sat down and quoted one price that was way too high for a used car without running my credit score. He then told us to give us a more accurate price I would need to fill out a credit check, which I did. To then come back with a price $70 dollar less then what was first orginially quoted and of course I was all in. Christine took over again and went over a few more papers to then have all of us head to the other location because that is where the finance desk are. Ok fine let's go. Get there wait two plus hours, finally get to sit down with Chris (by the way he is just the "accountant" - guess that his way out of things when then price changes to be way out of what was orginially quoted, for that please don't shot the messanger moment). To then get quotes a price $90 more the what was orginially quoted. Ok nope not going to do the deal, either want to have my paper work or watch it be shredded which was told by Chris and Christine absolutely, but let's call Mark to find out how he got you to the rate he got you too, it will take him two minutes to get here. Yet again in good fate we did, but seeing how it would be impossible for him to kick $6500 off the car, but sure let's see what he comes up with. As they said he was there in two minutes. Get ready this is where the story gets FUN! Mark tries to weasel his way out of what he quoted by saying he said everything we needed to know at the first area of the deal and started saying things that were never stated and told me that I must have heard wrong. And like a trapped animal he went for the attack and decided to be a tough guy and when I stated I want everything I sign for in my possession or to watch it begin shredded it takes the file to the next office over, which I follow, and watch him throw it into a locked garbage pale to fine out a shredding company comes to shredded it. Which was not what was discussed at all when I was told by three people that I can have the paperwork or it ACTUALLY SEE IT BEING SHREDDED - apparently at this dealership we don't know what that pharse means. As he was walked by us he muttered under his breathe "I'm done with this." Done with what?!? That fact that you were caught in you own BS story and that the accountant, your sales rep you work with and the at the time one duty GM all were there when we called you on your BS. For then when I got the GM invovled for him to storm out of the place, like a child. For the GM to only state to me that he is sorry for how he acted and that he is young - I will add this piece of information I'm about the same age or maybe a few years old then him and even I stated that it was childish and unprofessional. As we spoke to the GM he did try to help out by discounting the rate of the monthly payment but when stated the only way for me to consider the car was to get the rate I was originally quoted. And when asked how even would be able to give that rate then his answer to that and multi other questions was "I have no intelligent answer for you." So no car, no paper work, just hopes that my identity doesn't get stolen. As I was leaving I thought I would leave them with a personal opinion of Mark, was all of I were his boss I would have fired him for the lack of unprofessional. So to wrap up this review if you would like to get you hopes crushed, to be lied to your face for four hours, and to be talked down to by line employees and management - YOU PICKED THE RIGHT PLACE TO GO TO! Have as much fun as I did, I wish you the best of luck because you will definitely need it. More
