The young salesman did a good job, the issue came when the sales manager called me after I left. I was lowballed on my trade, and we were just too far apart to get a deal done. This sales manager calls me, so I told him what I needed, what my credit score was etc... everything they need to make a determination. This manager told me he could help and was "sure" he could get the payment where I needed it so we could make a deal. Long story short, I got all the hard inquiries on my credit (and my score was exactly what I told them it would be) no negatives and I was approved for 0 down but with a payment they knew I did not want. This did not stop them from continuing to run it. When I asked to speak with someone else, I was told I would get a call back, ya right! There are plenty of dealerships around, I would steer clear of Fer4guson. More
