Clean dealership, service department organized and prompt. I have only one complaint, the charges for service are high. I just had the rear brakes and rotors replaced on my 2015 F-150. I purchased my prompt. I have only one complaint, the charges for service are high. I just had the rear brakes and rotors replaced on my 2015 F-150. I purchased my truck new from this dealership and all work and maintenance done by them. The brake job for just the rear axle was $700 including a $20 service charge for paying by credit card. I was in at 8:30 AM and out at 10:30 AM, 2 hours total, about $350 a wheel. I know I did not list out tax, but really, that is alot of money for a simple brake job with no complications. More

I was very impressed with my trips here. Historically I tried to avoid dealer shops, because sometimes I had to fix things later that got done incorrectly when taken to other dealers; and I Historically I tried to avoid dealer shops, because sometimes I had to fix things later that got done incorrectly when taken to other dealers; and I never had a good answer for when it is it done and what is the problem (why bother). “Hey is it done? Oh it was done yesterday, whoops.” Here at Morgantown Ford they have a cool system that shows you a video of the problems. Service timing was great. Cost was at least as good as my old mechanic, perhaps less. And they let you know when it is done in a timely fashion. The service department seemed way better run than my other non-ford dealer experiences. The AI agent thing didn't work as i was a new customer, but the human line works fine. More
