I wrote a review two days ago that was not complimentary. The dealership contacted me instantly to rectify the problem. I went there this morning and it was like it had always been. Jordan got me in and out in the shortest time possible. All my Outback needed was air in the tires and the low tire pressure light went out. I want everyone at Brattleboro Subaru to know that I appreciate them and am completely satisfied with the service I received . I stopped at Brattleboro Subaru as my check tire light came on. I was pretty sure it was just because the temperatures have dropped and I needed more air in the tires. I went in expecting them to say it w came on. I was pretty sure it was just because the temperatures have dropped and I needed more air in the tires. I went in expecting them to say it would only take a few minutes and someone would check my pressure and put air in the tires. To my utter astonishment I was informed that I had to make an appointment for them to put air in the tires. In all the years that I have owned a Subaru and been going to this dealership I have never had to make an appointment to get the tire pressure checked and air put in the tires. The person was very nice and did finally agree to check my tires but I came away with the light still on and no extra air in the tires. I was told that this was the new rule. Well as a result of your new rule I will no longer tell people how wonderful Brattleboro Subaru is and definintley will not be recommending that anyone buy a car there as it seems the owner has a lot to learn about customer service. I'll probably wait and next month when the Outback is due for inspection I'll get air in the tires and the inspection. I am not a satisfied customer Elaine Scott Box 34 Wardsboro, VT 05355 More
