But Jordan stayed consistent from the beginning — always responding quickly, keeping me updated, and genuinely doing everything he could to help me land the right car. Jacob was the one who really made the deal make sense — professional, transparent, and willing to work with me on numbers when other dealerships wouldn’t even try.
