Joon Lee is the consummate professional, each and every call, returned within minutes, if not seconds - a true professional and did I say he knows his stuff - he KNOWS his stuff! And ... when it came time to demonstrate the features of the car, after an hour or so, I almost had to kick him out as he was so excited to show me every single detail and explain all questions I had and could anticipate. I'd also like to thank Scott Lubratich for his special handling of a tricky out of state registration situation which popped up. My brother purchased 2 Mercedes, referred me for my two and believe me, I'll be back - these guys are the best and truly - THE reason why I drove 1300 miles down from Seattle to purchase from them, and I'll do it again. I recently purchased a C63 amg from fletcher jones motorcars in Newport beach, California. I live in Texas and the entire process was handled in the most unprofessional way. 1) sales person was great motorcars in Newport beach, California. I live in Texas and the entire process was handled in the most unprofessional way. 1) sales person was great until I sent a $5,000 deposit to reserve the vehicle, once he received it, as much as I tried to contact him, I never heard from him again. 2) finance department sent me papers to sign in front of a notary, well they didn’t send all the documents so we had to do this process twice. Waste of time. 3) car was supposed to be shipped on a covered truck for protection, waited for almost 2 weeks for a covered truck, then the car is finally shipped in an uncovered truck. When I called to question it they said it was a system error. 4) I was told they would handle all the title and registration process and that all I would have to do is get the car inspected in Texas. I then would have to send the original report to an office in Irvine California, so I did. I sent the document, waited for 3 weeks and did not get the license plate so I contacted the dealer again. They apologized and said the documentation was not complete and there were other papers I needed to sign and send to them. Why didn’t they contact me when they received what I sent to tell me there were still more papers to sign? 5) frustrated with all this process I wrote an email to the general manager, mr Ed Kogan, he never bothered responding or even acknowledging my email. Last thing, when I got the car and started driving it, a supposedly certified car, at around 60mph the vehicle started shaking, took it to my local dealership and they said a rim was damaged and needed to be replaced. They tried calling the dealer that sold me the car but they never returned their call either. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! More

Joon Lee did not respond to my text and email requests for the Bill of Lading along with a missing air balance atomizer (still missing and still no responses). I had to email the general manager, Ed Kogan to have anyone respond (Thank you Mr. Kogan for following up). More
