Went shopping for a Jeep Compass to replace my current lease (GMC Sierra SLT) visited another jeep dealer in Lapeer and requested pricing (nonChrysler employee) on 2020 Compass in stock at that dealer. I lease (GMC Sierra SLT) visited another jeep dealer in Lapeer and requested pricing (nonChrysler employee) on 2020 Compass in stock at that dealer. I did not feel comfortable with the responses I received and found the Jeep I liked at Dick Scott. Pricing was easily communicated and delivery to my home in Oxford was arranged through Ricky Perez. The service I received was wonderful and if I could, I would rate this place with a 5 just because of Sheri Lynn. Unfortunately, the vehicle I purchased a week ago today is still in the shop, getting $320 would rate this place with a 5 just because of Sheri Lynn. Unfortunately, the vehicle I purchased a week ago today is still in the shop, getting $3200 worth of repairs that really should have been addressed during inspection before the car was put up for sale (radiator and upper & lower hoses, rack and pinion, tire rods, and brakes). Save yourself a lot of time and money... shop elsewhere! More
