Everyone was friendly and helpful. The oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. I find it very annoying to only get to "Pam", the AI rep when I call for an appointment The oil change and tire rotation was done in a timely manner. I find it very annoying to only get to "Pam", the AI rep when I call for an appointment. It would be better if a human answered the phone for service instead of a computer. I was happy with the service once I got to the dealership for my appointment. Thank you. More

If I could give zero stars I would. The lack of communication and professionalism that they used during our vehicle repair fuels this rating. Not to mention they couldn't tell us what w The lack of communication and professionalism that they used during our vehicle repair fuels this rating. Not to mention they couldn't tell us what was actually wrong, and offered for us to just drive off the lot with the vehicle. They made us put gas in it so they could "test drive" it and put over 100 miles on the vehicle while they had it in thier possesion. Update: the general manager reached out to me to address the issues and was very accommodating. He resolved my concerns and resolved the problem. More
