There were way too many misunderstandings about what was quoted to me to be actual misunderstandings. They insisted I get preapproved even though I was paying cash. My credit was run 11 times! I know it wasn't all from their office but I finally had to put a lock on my credit to get it to stop. I felt completely gaslit and patronized. The apple car play never worked right and I was assured that a Kia dealer could fix it with an update. I went to the Kia dealer who told me the dealers don't do updates anymore and it was basically a design flaw. I left when they were closing and had to take it back in the next day because their "detailing" was a light car wash. The inside was filthy!! I had reservations about buying the car because of the dishonest salesman games and manipulation trying to get me to sign papers before I had made a decision but it was basically what I wanted and there wasn't much else available. Karissa was very sweet but either didn't know what she was doing or was a master manipulator too. I ended up trading the car in and getting another one same make and model from Moritz Kia and had a wonderful experience! No misunderstandings there! I even answered an email from the general manager telling him about my experience and never heard back! More
