Denooyer Chevrolet is a fantastic dealership with an extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve leased several vehicles from Denooyer over the years, more specifically Heath, the salesman, because extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve leased several vehicles from Denooyer over the years, more specifically Heath, the salesman, because I never feel pressured into buying/leasing something that I’m not 100% comfortable with. Heath’s relaxed but knowledgeable approach makes the entire process a lot less intimidating. Also, Michelle in the insurance department was a pleasure to deal with as well. She pointed out some concerning points about my current insurance, and offered to shop around on my behalf for a better package and a similar rate. Both John’s in the Service Dept. have been very helpful to me over the years as well on the few occasions I’ve needed any vehicles serviced. It’s great to know that there are still people out there that take great pride in customer care. More

Had appointment for oil leak and parts were not there when car was brought in which delayed repairs being made. Repairs were to take 2 days at most however was almost a week. The service team was great, Jonathan is a pleasure to work with! Work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everything was explained clearly. On the other hand, I was discouraged to find the custo work with! Work was done in a reasonable amount of time and everything was explained clearly. On the other hand, I was discouraged to find the customer lounge area had no food except for overpriced vending machines and a beverage machine that only partially worked. A real disappointment compared to the rest of the facility. More

Never has after 5 days *the “fallback” line for lack of communication is they left messages. I have text and vm. *Omalley said he had to bring the issue I raised to owner Mr. Denooyer! Why have a general manager? Ridiculous! * aside from a lack of coomunication is the fact they charged me a minimum of $700 more for a part that could be purchased online easily. $510 vs. their charge of $1220! Reason given?! GM “makes” them order through GM and that is the price they make Denooyer pay!! Gouging? Price fixing? Incompetence? My future purchases, I bought noless than 3 vehicles fro Dennoyer, will be made from other dealerships. Terrible business practices. More

Service dept is a big part of where I purchase a car. I brought my car in TWICE for my heater and gave them $108.00, and it’s exactly the same as the first time I brought it in!! There’s no reason I should have to pay for something that isn’t fixed!!! More

This is about the 5th review I received…. not happy at all. My heater is not fixed(legs are still freezing). Brought it in twice!!! Also, I want my $108.00 back.
