Working with my service advisor, KJ, has been a great experience. He’s prompt, easy to communicate with, and takes the time to clearly explain what services are needed and when. I really appreciate that he provides recommendations without pressure and helps me prioritize instead of upselling unnecessary services.

I had a CVT fluid change and an oil change done with my
own oil and filter at this dealership. My 2022 Nissan Rogue Sport uses 4 qt of oil, and I gave them an unopened 5 qt bottle of oil. It's not too big

Otherwise, the service was great. They also did a tire rotation, a multi-point inspection, and vacuumed the car (maybe washed the outside as well, but it rained later that day and you couldn't tell). The price wasn't as bad as I was expecting from a dealership for what I'm getting.
