I WOULD GIVE THIS DEALERSHIP 0 STARS IF POSSIBLE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Bought one of their last Dodge Charger EVs that they had advertised on their website about three weeks ago. Our point salesp DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!! Bought one of their last Dodge Charger EVs that they had advertised on their website about three weeks ago. Our point salesperson Jonathan Velasquez (Jon) appeared very cordial, along with his manager - Miguel Martinez and the other staff the entire time we were there (about 5-6 hours) for the sale. Signed all the transfer papers and went back the next day to pick up the car. Had to wait as the car was not ready as promised. Finally, after 2 hours were able to drive off the car but without a second key, no charging cord, no manual and no window sticker. We live 100 miles away from this dealership. The salesperson Jonathan once again promised that all 4 items (second key, charging cord, manual and window sticker) will be mailed out to us within the week. NOTHING EVER MAILED OUT. WE'VE BEEN CALLING EVERYDAY FOR 3 WEEKS NOW. NO RESPONSE. Once they've made their sale, they absolutely don't care about AFTER SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE. No response from Jonathan Velasquez (perpetually appears to be on vacation), Miguel Martinez, Anthony Luevanos and Julio Sanchez were the people who we talked to at the time of the sale. We always talk to a receptionist who forwards us to a voicemail. WE NEVER GET A CALL BACK. THESE ARE THINGS WE PAID FOR AND ARE OWED TO US. They respond to bad reviews with a generic dealership number but pretty sure if we call that number, we will again fall into the cycle of talking to receptionists who supposedly take notes and NEVER get a call back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! More
