I came in with an issue with my 4wheel drive system. After a delay In work being performed because of a part not being in stock, I came in and had the work done only to find out i was still having the s After a delay In work being performed because of a part not being in stock, I came in and had the work done only to find out i was still having the same issue. Upon notifying the service manager she requested I bring the vehicle back again so they can try again. Upon review I was told the part was installed incorrectly and the tech had missed an o-ring, but this time they believed it to be fixed. I drove off to only to realize that I am still having the same issues with the 4 wheel drive system , and either they damaged the part or had misdiagnosed the situation completely. And now that I am having issues still I am being ignored by the service manager. No return calls no return messages. This does not seem to be the way a dealer certified tech or management should be dealing with their customers, even if they have issues. I doubt i will continue to be doing business with this location in the future. Not adding to my fleet or having work done More
