You deserved a smoother, more transparent experience from beginning to end, and it’s clear that we missed the mark in several areas. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, delays, and lack of attention to detail during the delivery process. From the cleanliness of the vehicle to the communication around service availability and post-purchase updates, it should have been handled better. We also understand your frustration regarding the condition of the second key, cosmetic concerns, and the fact that the co-signer was receiving updates instead of you. Your feedback will be shared with our management team so that we can better train and improve on these points.
