The staff was friendly and communicative. Johnathan was eager to help. I appreciated his nonjudgmental demeanor. I had some extenuating circumstances with buying a vehicle and Johnathan was v Johnathan was eager to help. I appreciated his nonjudgmental demeanor. I had some extenuating circumstances with buying a vehicle and Johnathan was very receptive to my position. He definitely helped to ease some of my fears with the process. He displayed excellent costumer service and was overall a joy to work with. The only thing I wish was more clear was the financing. I was tired when I went to purchase this vehicle and I didn't think to ask some important questions of whole dollar amounts versus what is being tacked onto the monthly payment. And there are some fees that I am not sure what they are for. I failed to ask but I believe for the sake of full transparency when selling something a fee should be explained without the need to ask. Which was not my experience. Overall I did have a good experience. The costumer service was above and beyond but I feel a little like I was not given all the information I should have been given. More
