Carl is always such a dear, so helpful and such a good listener! Kudos to Carl. I was surprised though that I was the only customer when I arrived and had to wait on a service agent. Not a good look when there are so many service agents doing nothing to help customers. Robert was also very attentive. He tried to help me while I waited, then gave me a lift home in the shuttle.
