Great service great attitude When I arrived, I was greeted by name a hand shake and a smile. Shaun Koch got my car into the service bay right away. Amazing They are amazing. Extremely friendly people and know exactly what they are doing. They will not try to sell you a lost of things that "need to be rep They are amazing. Extremely friendly people and know exactly what they are doing. They will not try to sell you a lost of things that "need to be replaced/repaired." They know exactly what they are doing and answer all questions no problem. I went in with multiple problems with my car (2016 veloster) and was only able to fix one problem, had to order the parts for the rest, no problem. I'm more shock and happy that my rear door panel was approved for replacement under warranty! That made my day. Yeah its weird but I don't have back seat passengers EVER and I hardly ever open that door and the handle busted. If I was the mechanic to me that would sound suspicious and I would have denied it. But again I thank them for everything they do, they are amazing people hard working and I ALWAYS love going there. More

Great service Just leased my 2019 Hyundai Tucson but after a couple weeks I noticed that the dual exhausts weren't even, one sat higher than the other. I called the my #1 salesman their "Johnathan Simons" who found this beauty for me and he was more than helpful when I told him of my findings. Between Johnathan and Mary Boulahanis Kesemides" who is my #1 service gal they made me an appointment to have this corrected. I'm loving my new Tucson. Took too long Brought my car in for an oil change. I sat there for almost 3 hours just for an oil change! Then they told me they would wash the car but never did! Brought my car in for an oil change. I sat there for almost 3 hours just for an oil change! Then they told me they would wash the car but never did! And while I was sitting there they were trying very hard to sell me a new car! Even though I told them I would not do anything that day! And I couldn't leave because they had my car!!! It was a very stressful visit and it will be a long time before I go there again!!! More
