I wasn't advised before I kept the appointment to test drive the car that the car needed repairs before it could be driven. That was a big negative for the dealership and sales team. I made a tentative purchase of the car contigent upon my test drive decision. More

Lied to repeatedly. Very rude. Told things were ready, we were next, they would remove a line item and then didn't and have to remind and ask again and ended up waiting Very rude. Told things were ready, we were next, they would remove a line item and then didn't and have to remind and ask again and ended up waiting over 5 hours. Staff started vaping in the showroom after hours while a few customers including us continued to wait. Smelled awful and unhealthy. We didn't complete the sale till almost 10pm. Was told I could not get a temporary registration same day. This is also not true and have to call tomorrow to try to sort it out with them and likely file a complaint with TX. We haven't been treated this poorly in at least 10 years. Will never come here again More
