I wasn't advised before I kept the appointment to test drive the car that the car needed repairs before it could be driven. That was a big negative for the dealership and sales team. Lied to repeatedly. Very rude. Told things were ready, we were next, they would remove a line item and then didn't and have to remind and ask again and ended up waiting Very rude. Told things were ready, we were next, they would remove a line item and then didn't and have to remind and ask again and ended up waiting over 5 hours. Staff started vaping in the showroom after hours while a few customers including us continued to wait. Smelled awful and unhealthy. We didn't complete the sale till almost 10pm. Was told I could not get a temporary registration same day. This is also not true and have to call tomorrow to try to sort it out with them and likely file a complaint with TX. We haven't been treated this poorly in at least 10 years. Will never come here again More

Made an appointment to test drive a Ram 1500. Spent over 45 minutes at the dealership before I was able to test drive a truck that was not the one I went there for. When prices for the vehicle we Spent over 45 minutes at the dealership before I was able to test drive a truck that was not the one I went there for. When prices for the vehicle were brought out it was way over the price that was online. He seemed unfamiliar with the details of the promotions displayed on the dealer website. Was at the dealership for almost 2 hours and spent close to a hour and half sitting at the desk by myself. Ended up leaving and purchasing a truck from another dealership and had a great experience.
