I don't blame Jim Hudson for the problem, per se. I blame it on labor shortages in the broad sense, and the Acura brand in the local sense, since it's clear the service dep't at Acura store in Augusta isn't as important to Jim Hudson as the one at the Lexus store (or even the Infinii store).
