He is an excellent teacher, I would recognize this because I just retired after 30 years of teaching. I understand that he has probably been trained, but not everyone does it well even after that. They do not judge someone when things took a bad turn, instead, they find solutions that benefit the BUYER, not the dealership. Jonathan has the patience of a saint, and never puts any pressure on the customer. Dom has a financial magic wand and impeccable reputation with lenders that makes the entire finance process as smooth as silk. David is kind, straightforward, and extremely intelligent. He is willing to do summersaults to get people in the car they love. They all have a sense of humor and obviously love what they do. Every time I write a review of this group, I say that the car buying experience can't get any better. Every. Single. Time. They make it even better.
