The service department is trash! Don’t trust them with your car. . The staff are extremely unprofessional and they will hold your and do nothing. Never ever again. After 10 days of my car sitting there, I elevated it to the management and they were the same. It’s the culture there. . I took my car to Tinley Park and the circus ended. Save yourself the frustration and don’t give them your keys. Every time I called, they couldn’t find the car and had never even looked at the vehicle. After nearly 2 weeks, I took it straight to another dealer and they are doing the repairs. The staff are dysfunctional and they could care less about a customer’s time or service needs. Every time I called it was a different excuse. ! My experience was horrible. The customer service is absolute trash. It’s a NO for me. More

Great experience- John from the sales department did a phenomenal job of walking us through the available vehicles and options. You could tell he was VERY knowledgeable and cared very much about what was phenomenal job of walking us through the available vehicles and options. You could tell he was VERY knowledgeable and cared very much about what was best for me and my family, not just making a sale. Jonathan from the service department came by a number of times during our time there and provided some valuable recommendations for us to consider as well. We’ve bought cars from South Oak before , and will continue to do so because of the people like that who work there. More

Jim found the car with the options we were looking for, handled the trade-in evaluation, was clear on the price of the car and what rebates we would qualify for, and what financing options we would have. In my over 30 years of car ownership, I have NEVER had my car serviced at a dealership until NOW. I am an owner of 23 months and for the first tine in my life, I will only go to them, my dealer. Needless to say, I am a VERY satisfied customer. I love their professionalism, their accuracy, the level of information they provide, and their timeliness. I could not be happier. More

Customer service deprived I believe jaime to be knowledgeable however he should not interface with the public. He is a whiny temperamental maladjusted man with no patience. This employee puts limits on his customer service output: refusing to call your extended warranty plan; being disgruntled about sending faxes for payment and complaining to the customer about how much of his life he can't get back.
