I have been trading with Al Piemonte for several years now and my first car lease was a great transaction. I get all my service done here as well and it has always been top notch. My recent transaction was to figure out what to do at the end of my lease and next steps. This is where I met Jonathan “JR” Galick. I made an appointment for Saturday at 10 am and that morning I needed to push the appointment back. I sent J.R. a text message requesting a time change and he was extremely accommodating. His response, “Absolutely not a problem, Melissa, what time works for you?” From there we settled on a time and he followed up about an hour out to double check. He was even standing outside when I arrived and helped to get me a parking space as car dealerships are very busy on Saturdays! Great conversation with JR on what my interests and limitations were for my next vehicle. He was very engaged and genuinely cared about me, my situation, and making sure my car buying experience was a positive one. While I didn’t end up with a new vehicle, I did end up purchasing the vehicle I had been leasing. Several option had been presented and I choose the one that was right for me at the time. Through the entire process, JR was attentive, thoughtful and worked to get me the best deal possible. He is my “car guy”! More
