We bought a new 2021 truck with a lift kit and rims that were installed by the dealership. Prior to signing our agreement, we questioned if the lift kit would be covered under warranty since it was after m were installed by the dealership. Prior to signing our agreement, we questioned if the lift kit would be covered under warranty since it was after market Redilift installed by Greenway Dodge. Our salesperson verified with Jonathan Hernandez that it would be covered. Jonathan personally told us prior to signing the sales agreement that it would be covered under factory warranty since they installed it. We had issues with the tires rubbing and damage to the steering stops, so we brought the truck back at 900 miles to be checked out. We were told we were turning the steering wheel too hard. We were also told that we would have a rental car covered since we live an hour away for any repairs. We had to fight to get a rental car and then once we dropped the rental car back off - after no repairs were completed on the truck - the service manager called the rental company and told them to charge us for the car. We took the truck back in for repair due to a squeaking noise. Now the front ball joints and upper control arms, per the service department, are bad. However, even though our salesperson and ourselves remember the entire conversation about the lift kit being covered, Jonathan refuses to stick by his word. DO NOT trust a word that comes out of Jonathan's mouth as he will not honor what he says once you sign on the dotted line. No one at this dealership wants to help with our issue and now we have a new truck needing repair due to their quality of work. More

GREAT CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! Word of mouth is can be some of the best advertising. Someone told me that they really take care of you at this dealership, and they did. My first interaction at this dealership was with Jairo Gimenez. I know these guys get inquiries all of the time, but he didn't just let my inquiry fall through the cracks. So, I just popped up at the dealership one morning, he hadn't made it in, so he asked CARLOS MONTES, to take care of me. Carlos was very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me. As we journeyed out to look at the jeeps, he did a great job explaining the different package (things I really didn't know). Then, I saw the color my wife wanted. I told him, "We can stop the search, this is the one". We shared some laughs, test drove it and the process began. They really worked with getting the numbers to where I needed them to be, without compromising either side of the sale. They started the paperwork, picked up my wife, came back, and everything went smoothly. Majority of the people buying a new car are nervous, and/or, have a defense shield already up when they go to a dealership. Carlos and the team over there, instantly made me feel comfortable, with no pressure. He was willing to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I don't always write reviews, but when I do, I always try to be honest, and give "flowers" where they are due. I would definitely purchase from here again, and I highly recommend this dealership. Bait and switch. False advertising. Do not do not believe any ads you see from this place.I found a ad on Car Guru's that showed a price of 6995. I called about it and was told it was 1000 dollars more on th any ads you see from this place.I found a ad on Car Guru's that showed a price of 6995. I called about it and was told it was 1000 dollars more on their website. I referred to the ad I saw and was told they would get back to me. They never did, so I called back and they said they would honor the price I saw.They did not seem too thrilled about it. I sent someone to check the car and take it to their mechanic. Next day no one called again, so I call saying I want the car and to please give me the total. I was told they would get back to me, of course they didn't. Once again I call an am told the total was over 10,000. Talk about bait and switch .They lost my business and the other person's all because they did not want to honor a price. I will file many more complaints and reviews .Tomorrow I will spend the day speaking out about this kind of behavior. Robin Hudson More
