Within the last 4 years I have purchased 4 vehicles and my experience with Johnathan was definitely the best experience. He is transparent makes himself available 24/7 and with me traveling from Clevela my experience with Johnathan was definitely the best experience. BMW of Freeport is conveniently located with parking on site. The establishment is well kept, clean and the atmosphere is pleasant. Everyone I had contact with was warm and friendly, from the young lady who picked me up from returning my lease a few miles away and brought me into the dealership to pick up my new car. Alex the finance guy was friendly, not pushy, and personable. My salesperson, Jonathan Gardner, gave me everything I asked for and made sure I got what I wanted and took great care of me. This is my fifth lease so that speaks volume of how satisfied I am with BMW. More

From the moment we walked into the dealership, Jonathan was professional, personable, and incredibly friendly. He patiently walked my wife and me through the available options and helped us build the perfect vehicle. His knowledge and expertise made the entire process stress-free. Even though the vehicle we wanted wasn’t on the display floor during our initial visit, Jonathan went above and beyond to ensure we could see it. He also made sure we could subsequently take the vehicle for a test drive, which gave us the confidence to move forward with the purchase. Throughout the entire process, Jonathan kept us updated on the progress of our order, and when the time came for delivery, he arranged everything at a time that worked best for us.
