Tom our salesman was great. But twice we came to an agreement about the purchase of a new vehicle and then it wasn’t happening. The first time, we received an offer that we acce But twice we came to an agreement about the purchase of a new vehicle and then it wasn’t happening. The first time, we received an offer that we accepted only to be told that it couldn’t happen, the vehicle was a courtesy car in Stuart (which we didn’t know) and they couldn’t trade it. Only to find out that it already had 5000 miles. that he second time, we were promised another discount, came back to the dealership and were informed that the manager said no. We finally received the discount because we were walking out in the deal. More
