I scheduled an appointment expecting to wait the estimated one to one and a half hours. However, I ended up waiting three hours without any prior notice or updates. I had to go to the office twice just to get an update, which is unacceptable. This lack of communication and disregard for my time is disrespectful, especially for a routine oil change that should not take this long. My vehicle was ready within an hour and a half! Amazing!
