My 2nd time doing a deal here, and looking forward to a 3rd when the time comes. Quick and easy. I spoke with Amanda while I was waiting at the dealership. She seemed to be very enthusiastic about the Subaru brand and was excited to talk about the BRZ with me. Jon made the finance portion a breeze and we were in and out of his office in approximately 30 minutes or less. Didn't try to push us into unnecessary products or things I wasn't interested in. Meeting with Betsy today was time well spent. She went over several safety enhancements with my new Forester and info screen features. As new college grads, we were extremely mislead, assured we would be approved, and then due to poor management, it’s took the financial department days to tell us we were not. From the salesmen to the finan we would be approved, and then due to poor management, it’s took the financial department days to tell us we were not. From the salesmen to the financial office, the advertised Subaru college grad program was not followed, and we ended up being "sold" a car, led on, and when calling for the vin number to buy insurance found out we were not approved. Extremely unprofessional, and to get any information we had to call multiple times in a row. We went to Subaru because my parents had bought there, and now we are both convinced to never buy there again and would advise others not to as well. More
