This is the fourth new vehicle I have purchased from Sands. When is arrived at Sands I believed that I would not be purchasing a vehicle because my current vehicle had been purchased 14 month ago at Sands. I am handicapped and Jon worked out an arrangement that took the automatic step off my previous vehicle and mount it on my new truck. Excellent I was loyal to another brand vehicle for many years, however due an accident the vehicle was totaled and I made a purchase that was unwise costly, an I was loyal to another brand vehicle for many years, however due an accident the vehicle was totaled and I made a purchase that was unwise costly, and also cause unsafe health issue. I called Sands Chevrolet in a panic, unsure what to do since the previous dealership would not help with the problem. I met the sales staff at Sands Chevrolet Marshall, Jon, Beau, and Chris explained the issue and was asked to come right over so they could try and help. That was the best thing that had happened since the accident. They also confirmed the issue with the car purchased and helped me with a new purchase. I loved my new car, the service I have received is beyond what I had experienced since my car that was totaled. Recently I had to exchange the car and they went the extra mile to meet my needs. My new car is great, and I have received the same great service along with a thank from sales Manager, Service Department checking on my status with the car. Thanks to all of you for the extra mile, and you also Mr. Sands for having a good team of workers to carry on that tradition that is a lost art. I will not hesitate to refer others for their vehicle search, or service work. Thanks PS.
