Booked a 9:00 appointment for Wednesday on a Monday afternoon. I received a text message reminder, then dropped off the car on Tuesday night and requested 12:00 pickup. Got a video message at 9:00 am t afternoon. I received a text message reminder, then dropped off the car on Tuesday night and requested 12:00 pickup.
