He did not try to steer me to something other than what I went there I dealt with Jon P, who was personable, knowledgeable & listened to my questions. He did not try to steer me to something other than what I went there to look at, like most other dealers & didn't have the "salesman persona" that I get annoyed with so easily! It will probably be a while before I am ready to buy again, so I hope he will be there when I am. Final paperwork with Dan was also easy & not annoying. No hard pushing for the upsells, organized & also personable. More

John was great in showing all of the vehicle features and requesting anything i felt needed to be done. Financing went smooth and great. Dan was so helpful and got me the best package possible. Sohail was also very helpful! Facility was very clean and had a nice waiting room, even with a play area for kids. When i went to pick up my vehicle she had been detailed top to bottom. John had made sure everything i requested was taken care of. They were able to get out a leather scratch on the leather and a small dent on the fender. Used SUV looked brand new. Truely some great service and they have great hours too! I would highly recommend buying from Toyota of Wallingford. Thank you!!! More

Made buying a truck easy !! Got a great deal !!! I called several Toyota dealers and visited a couple, Wallingford Toyota gave me the best price over the phone and when i visited the dealership there I called several Toyota dealers and visited a couple, Wallingford Toyota gave me the best price over the phone and when i visited the dealership there was no surprise's , I sat down with Jon Petro , explained to him what I needed to get for my trade and for an interest rate, since I already had other dealers look at my trade and had an APR set thru my credit union. Jon was easy to deal with and very friendly . He forwarded my info to the guys who make the deals and they made it happen, there was no back and forth they worked hard to get me what i needed since what i was asking for was fair. I have bought several new vehicles and this was the best experience i had with a dealership ( NO PRESSURE SALES). Thanks for everything guys !!!! More
