The service department was great. The parts department manager assisted me with my issues. However the fact that the decision for pricing icones from Central office is a shame to all The parts department manager assisted me with my issues. However the fact that the decision for pricing icones from Central office is a shame to all of your customers and had I not known what to ask for I would’ve paid $1500 more than I did And unfortunately there are customers that don’t know what to ask for and they are charged $1500 more is a shame. Sold me a truck and torc converter went out and trans mission still making jumps. Poor service got the run around till the 3 of 3 went out.
