He gave me an estimate for the work and also gave me an estimate for what the cost would be at a collision repair center. Every time I have had the yearly EPP reapplication service (3 times with 2 more to go) on my Murano, the car comes back to me in showroom condition. Kelly does a fabulous job with this service!! We felt the frozen caliber should have been discovered when brakes were done. Service manager agreed to cover labor if we covered part costs. More

Service is Terrible - Issues With Vehicle Still Not Fixed I have been having ongoing issues with my Nissan Sentra and took it to Kelly Nissan for service 2 times within the last year. Both times they have cha I have been having ongoing issues with my Nissan Sentra and took it to Kelly Nissan for service 2 times within the last year. Both times they have charged me an arm and a leg for service and bogus parts, and basically told me the "diagnostic codes" all come back fine and no one can replicate the issues even though I experience these issues every time I drive the vehicle. Needless to say even though charging me they have not fixed the issues, and then proceed to try to upsell me with other issues they did happen to find though. The service manager is rude and unsympathetic. He'll sell you a faulty battery and then tell you there's nothing he can do about it unless you want to come in and spend more money to have it looked at again. They run a shady business there at Kelly Nissan Service. I will not be taking my car there again. More
