I can't think of another dealership that could treat us as well, and we will continue to go there for the foreseeable future. Leonardo Suncar, John Arena, John Lim , Jon MIller, and Peter Aksamit made this visit terrific, and went out of their way to make sure we are comfortable. They make every effort to make sure we understand every step in the process, even though we've done this so many times already, as well as ensuring that we are completely up to speed on all the features of our new vehicles. I see no reason to ever visit another dealer. More

The only place to shop for a car I came in on Saturday to look at certified used vehicles. The manager from their pre-owned department, Mike DiSora and the GM in their new department I came in on Saturday to look at certified used vehicles. The manager from their pre-owned department, Mike DiSora and the GM in their new department, John Lim, worked together to talk to me about my goals and budget. They were able to show me how I could easily afford the car I wanted new. From the salesperson, Scott Tophoney, to management including Greg Longmore and our Finance manager Mark Swoyer, this dealership was truly a team of professionals who worked together to seamlessly provide me with the expertise necessary to wow me both with product and price. Had to replace my vehicle recently and after reviewing/talking with multiple dealerships, Kelly Nissan should have been the first. I found not only the sales associates but their entire front en reviewing/talking with multiple dealerships, Kelly Nissan should have been the first. I found not only the sales associates but their entire front end staff which includes their sales and financial associates to be extremely helpful and courteous. They have an amazing assortment of vehicles which did not take me long to decide. Their pricing is better then most other dealerships and they are not afraid to sit down and talk with you. I had to also speak with their Service Mgr by chance and they all seem to know what they are doing. Taking care of the customer! Thank you for making this an easy transition for me. I will definitely spread the good word of Nissan Kelly of Route 33! D. Watson More

My Nissans transmission went the end of last year. Went to Kelly Nissan in Easton, PA and was told it was under warranty (about 82,000 miles). They replaced the transmission but a week later while driving to Kelly Nissan in Easton, PA and was told it was under warranty (about 82,000 miles). They replaced the transmission but a week later while driving on the highway the car stopped. Called Nissan and they stated I had to get it to their service station ( did not offer towing even if I had to pay). Got there and the service area had me standing there for a few minutes, no one looked up from their computer, I had to walk over to someone and ask where can the tow truck place my car. After that, Kelly Nissan stated the transmission fluid leaked out and they replaced it but stated they would not be responsible for the towing fees. My husband spoke to someone in the office and they agreed to pay the fees. Another two weeks passed and the car felt sluggish, took it in to Kelly Nissan again, after having the car that afternoon, they stated it could be a spark plug so I decided to take my car somewhere else. My husband went to pick up my car and they had him drive it outside, almost leaving the lot and he noticed a crack in the windshield at the area where the inspection and emission stickers are placed. He immediately returned to the service department and they stated it is not their fault. My husband spoke to Jon Miller and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Jon had the xxxxx to tell my husband that it was due to weather conditions that the windshield cracked. It sat at the service department for 2 days. My husband flipped. Jon Miller thought he was dealing with a fool who was going to walk away. I am sorry to say that my husband was not his professional self and another employee, David Chavez went to him to calm him down. David Chavez was very nice to him and finally my husband stated, "Show me any other car in your lot with a cracked windshield due to the weather and I will gladly leave". Let's just say that it took my husband to get so upset and out of his normal easy going, relaxed character that Jon Miller came to him and said they will fix the windshield. They did not offer a courtesy car or apologize. The dishonesty and lack of professionalism that was shown by Jon was terrible. When we picked up the car, Jon still did not own up to his incompetence. We will never go back but Jon had his last comment and stated "Oh, you,ll be back", as if he knew something else was ready to happen. Needless to say, that's commonwealth for you. I don't know who Jon knows but in NY, businesses do not tolerate this behavior. We really planned on trading this car in with something on the lot but as of now, I told several coworkers and friends that knew about this experience will never ever go to this dealership. More

I moved to PA from NY. I had bought my Nissan @ the NY dealer, yet since moving to the Lehigh Valley some months back I was looking to service my car local. After reading some reviews I decided to try Kel dealer, yet since moving to the Lehigh Valley some months back I was looking to service my car local. After reading some reviews I decided to try Kelly Nissan. Rich was very helpful and seemed caring. I left them the car to do my 30k check up. After not hearing from them the following day I called to find out what was going on with our car. When I spoke with Rich he said there was an issue with a recall and needed some time to get the part. After waiting a few more days when I called back I asked for the Mgr. I spoke with Jon Miller, whom was very unprofessional, arrogant, and uncaring. He put me on hold until the phone hung up? When I called back I got the run around about what actually was going on with the car. We went to pick it up without the recall being fixed. I would NEVER go here again, this dealer is very unorganized and the manager is clueless on many levels. STAY AWAY! More

Other car dealerships should have their managers visit Kelly Nissan surreptitiously and see how and why a successful dealership works, believe me, they'll learn something. From sales to service to part Kelly Nissan surreptitiously and see how and why a successful dealership works, believe me, they'll learn something. From sales to service to parts to financing to the cashier, everybody is very helpful, informative, goes out of their way to help you and really does give you the royal treatment. I have even had my salesman Eric Sparrow take time out to help me out with my bluetooth issues several times over the last two years with both trucks...! The Service Manager Jon Miller stepped up one day and helped me out personally when his only service advisor on duty was busy with another customer. I can tell you, that doesn’t happen in other dealerships...! I have owned fifteen new vehicles in my life. I bought two Fords from Kelly Ford in Allentown and now two Titan trucks from Kelly Nissan. Kelly Nissan is by far the best dealership I have dealt with.....period...! Every dealership talks the talk, Kelly walks the walk...! There is a reason in this very competitive business that I bought two vehicles in two years from them, and would definitely buy here again...! More

Everytime I take my car to this dealership, I have to bring it back for service issues. Last year, I had a problem with my trunk latch, it took 5 visits to the dealership to get it resolved, just one ex bring it back for service issues. Last year, I had a problem with my trunk latch, it took 5 visits to the dealership to get it resolved, just one excuse after another. They offered me a free oil change on my last visit for this issue. When I got my car inspected two days ago, they told me that my oil was dry and that the oil filter was still the original from 2007. I have had my oil changed at least three times at this dealership, so why wasn't the filter every replaced and I suspect that the free oil change never took place. All the trips to the dealership has cost me alot in gas, as I live in Buck's County. My car inspection dated, 2/27/13 required two new rear tires. Today I went out to my car and the right rear tire was completely flat. Again another issue ... and another trip to Rt. 33. So disgusted with this dealership, if it weren't for the free inspections and the fact that my car is still under warranty, I would go elsewhere!!!!!!! More
