I had an appt, informed Service rep the car would be dropped off by 7am day of service. At 10am he could not find my car that was dropped off at 6:50am. It was park in the 2nd spot to the right of the b dropped off by 7am day of service. At 10am he could not find my car that was dropped off at 6:50am. It was park in the 2nd spot to the right of the bay door and they could not find it until after 10am?? I requested to have car ready by 3PM and service rep promised it would be ready. The car was not ready until about 3:45 - 4pm for a service that was to take 2 hours per the service rep and the car was there 1st thing in the morning??!!. When my wife showed up at 4:15 she stood around for over 40 minutes because they lost or could not locate my car!!!! Not happy with service the week before when they started this engine combustion clean out process and all the confusion of what needed to be done??!! The rest of the dealership is fine but service appears to be at a loss! There was one person I would like to thank and that would be Zach. He was the one to help my wife and figure out why they couldnt find my car and fix the issue and locate it. More

Huge amount of pressure to buy an extended warranty. I felt like I couldn’t leave the room unless I bought the warranty. The pricing was not honestly presented, lower prices were quoted on the phone, I felt like I couldn’t leave the room unless I bought the warranty. The pricing was not honestly presented, lower prices were quoted on the phone, tons of xxxxxxxx additional charges. I paid an additional $400 for white paint! Such xxxxxxxx. I seriously considered walking out, but I really needed a car and it was late in the evening. I’m going to be very reluctant to purchase here again. More
