They were professional and not pushy like some dealerships can be. When I got the truck home to Maine I took it to be inspected and two out of the four tires fail our state inspection criteria. Everything was great for the most part,Jon and Cody did a great job. Only complaints are , it was a over 4 hr process, which I understand in my situation it was hard deal to do,because of my credit, and Jon great job. Only complaints are , it was a over 4 hr process, which I understand in my situation it was hard deal to do,because of my credit, and Jon had offered me delivery the next day at my house ,which was again so nice that you do that for customers, very kind and amazing ,but it wasn’t delivered till a day later, so 2days later, and there was no communication to let me know what was going on in the interim , I had to have my friends reach out to see what was going on. I would have liked to have better communication even if it was to tell me they weren’t going to be able to deliver.And I missed work because of this.other than that it was overall a good experience More
