I noticed some missing exterior parts after service was done. I called dealership and they looked in the car wash to see if the parts had fallen off during the car being washed. They were not in the car done. I called dealership and they looked in the car wash to see if the parts had fallen off during the car being washed. They were not in the car wash. The next day I received an email from the service manager Tom Beard requesting pictures of the parts that were missing. Tom Beard then checked their video system to see if they were missing before or after the car wash. The video showed that the bike rack end cap was missing when I showed up for service and the front tow hook cover was on the car after the car wash. So, I apparently lost the end cap on the way to the dealership and the tow hook cover on the way home. I appreciate the extra effort on Tom’s part in looking into solving this mystery of the missing parts. I was upset but hope I didn’t come across as accusing them or their carwash for the lost parts. I guess it was just a coincidence that they both fell off the car that day. Thank you for solving the mystery of the missing parts! More
