I will not deal with them again after my last visit and was told that they would not do anything with my truck when I called the day I bought and called and told them something was wrong with it. was told that they would not do anything with my truck when I called the day I bought and called and told them something was wrong with it. Beware if using insurance for work done through the service department! They’ve had my Jeep for 2+ months and it is impossible to get an update on it. They always have to ask the mechanic and the mecha service department! They’ve had my Jeep for 2+ months and it is impossible to get an update on it. They always have to ask the mechanic and the mechanic is always magically not there. And that’s if you can get them on the phone. Before we got insurance involved they were so nice and called with updates and questions. Our insurance can’t even get them to return their calls. We are 4+ hours away so we can’t just go everyday to actually speak with someone. What a terrible experience. Avoid at all costs unless you live close enough to badger them with more than just phone calls and reviews. I can’t wait for them to send the standard “sorry to hear about your experience please reach out to so and so”. No, you have my number. Give me a call back and tell me the work you’ve gotten a check for is done so I can pick up my car. More

Jim called me the day after I had my truck towed to another service provider. The reason for me moving the truck was the price. $1600(includes $200 diag Fee) compared to $820 (Included fluid changes an another service provider. The reason for me moving the truck was the price. $1600(includes $200 diag Fee) compared to $820 (Included fluid changes and part). Jim said you folks have space to negotiate price, then why not charge the lower price in the first place? Also, the company who repaired the truck stated this is known issue for that engine and he has fixed many in the last few years. He said that diagnostics is like 10 minutes. Look in the intake and if there is a pool of oil, he already knows the issue. Why would it cost $200 for diag? When I spoke to John the other day he asked me why I have not be there for oil changes in a while. I told him it is expensive. That and how far I drive from Agra it is inconvenient. To add, the last time I went in, a tire rotations was supposed to be included, but when I arrived home, I realized the tires were not rotated. I could tell because I had a different tire on the truck and it did not get moved. I liked the idea to keep performing my maintenance with you folks, but for these reasons it makes it impossible. I understand you folks have overhead and need to cover your expenses, but I hope and pray that you will be able to calibrate your business to lean towards helping folks as best you can. Thank you for your time! More

Department metrics are displayed on a tv screen out on the service department floor allowing customers to quickly identify what is important to the manager of this dealership - bottom line is SALES not a the service department floor allowing customers to quickly identify what is important to the manager of this dealership - bottom line is SALES not a single metric relating to customer satisfaction is mentioned, communication is almost nonexistent, txt system notification updates from KaCee die on the vine never to be completed. Upsales are what drives the department so if you’re willing to give $300 for a can of fuel induction cleaner I’m sure you’ll get the royal treatment on your way out the door. Wish I could say something positive about the way this dealership service department is managed…oh, this is nice, it’s in Lincoln county! More

Great maintenance department. Be sure to thoroughly check your paperwork before buying a car as you could be paying an extra $2000 if you don’t bring in a trade.
