DON'T WALK. RUN AWAY from the dealership. I am usually flexible with car shopping. But this dealership did the wrong thing when it came to financing carfax repor RUN AWAY from the dealership. I am usually flexible with car shopping. But this dealership did the wrong thing when it came to financing carfax reporting and returns of a person's calls. I had been dealing with Rob in finance since June 20th. Leaving messages. Him stating that the financing had got through. Even though the finance company I was supposed to be financing with did not know me from a stranger off the street. When I finally pushed Rob to contact the company. The financing had not gone through. He stated on Friday June 28th that he would get back with me by 5pm. I didn't hear from him about additional financing. I tried to contact him on the 1st of July and 2nd of July repeatedly with no return calls. On July 3rd I went to the dealership and asked to talk to a manager. The manager I talked to had just started there on Monday July 1st and said whatever had occurred before he started there he couldn't do anything about. Told me that Rob was no longer doing financing part of the dealership business. Bridget the receptionist could of told me that when I was leaving messages for Rob in finance. On Wednesday July 3rd I paid for the 2017 Ram Pro Master city van instead of continuing to get a run around by finance department. Not a good feeling for a customer to feel that calls are not worth being returned. Even by whom ever you now have doing auto financing now. To give information about the Carfax Report. The Carfax Report stated that the dealership did a mechanic inspection and oil change. Which was false. When looking at the 2017 I pointed out the oil is as dark as midnight in the woods on a moonless night. Never will go there again. More

Beware if using insurance for work done through the service department! They’ve had my Jeep for 2+ months and it is impossible to get an update on it. They always have to ask the mechanic and the mecha service department! They’ve had my Jeep for 2+ months and it is impossible to get an update on it. They always have to ask the mechanic and the mechanic is always magically not there. And that’s if you can get them on the phone. Before we got insurance involved they were so nice and called with updates and questions. Our insurance can’t even get them to return their calls. We are 4+ hours away so we can’t just go everyday to actually speak with someone. What a terrible experience. Avoid at all costs unless you live close enough to badger them with more than just phone calls and reviews. I can’t wait for them to send the standard “sorry to hear about your experience please reach out to so and so”. No, you have my number. Give me a call back and tell me the work you’ve gotten a check for is done so I can pick up my car. More
