I had the best experience buying my car with Walter’s, the staff was so on point with every aspect of the transaction! I never have understood why it’s so difficult to purchase a car, but these guys made the staff was so on point with every aspect of the transaction! Jon Klempner was our sales rep at Mercedes Benz and was exceptional. He listened to us and provided us with different options, educated us about our new purchase and demonstrated how to use the newer model exceptional. Jon P Klempner helped me out was very attentive notice me from a distance and greeted me professionally and respectfully. Assisted me with questions I had regarding my vehicle and resolved them just under 10 from a distance and greeted me professionally and respectfully. Jon was my salesman and was awesome! All the staff was helpful and friendly. The finance guy was also fantastic- sorry forgot his name. I recently bought a Mercedes and brought it to Walter's for servicing. The other dealership didn't set up the Mercedes me app for me so I asked the guys at Walter's to help and Jon Klempner from sales was for servicing. Jon was knowledgeable and professional and made the process very easy for me even though I wasn't charged for his help. I'd hit up Jon if you're interested in buying a Mercedes Benz. I've had good experiences with Walter's Porsche in the past and Walter's Mercedes Benz is continuing the good customer service I've come to be accustomed to. I'll keep going back to Walter's Mercedes Benz. More
