I had been to a lot of dealerships with big names attached trying to find a car that fit my requirements and budget and when I finally found one with Foley Motors I was met with a great and down to earth sales staff. It was the first time in three dealerships I wasn't pushed to something newer or low balled in trade. The fact I made an hour drive just to get to the dealership and would recommend twice that to any of my friends for this kind of service. More

More Then I Expected When buying a vehicle I need to feel that I'm getting the right car at the right price and from the right people. I was close to buying an RX350 from When buying a vehicle I need to feel that I'm getting the right car at the right price and from the right people. I was close to buying an RX350 from elsewhere when I visited Foley Motorsport to test drive an MDX before pulling the trigger. While I didn't fall for the MDX I really liked Foley's combo of attention to MY needs with no pushiness ... and they had an RX350. I didn't have to play the game for long before Haig and Jon had me sold on the value ($) that they offered so I took it off to my mechanic for a check up. The report was that the car's in great shape but I should push for brake pads and front tires, which I did. They counter offered with new pads, tires and rotors all around. Big smile on my face and the deal was sealed. A while later an electrical glitch was traced to a tired battery. They put in a new one and put new batteries in the keys as well. Am I happy with Foley Motorsports and with my Lexus. You Betcha! More

My overall experience was good with all the credit towards John in financing. He was.a.pleasure to work with. The down fall was JD in sales never even put any effort into selling the vehicle, or showi towards John in financing. He was.a.pleasure to work with. The down fall was JD in sales never even put any effort into selling the vehicle, or showing me options. I pretty much made the deal with the auction gentleman and John in finance. JD just sat there and said your not going to get that. Then when the deal was done he made calls to customers while I sat there. Then when they were delivering the vehicle to me John in fiance was off that day and we had got all the fiancing part done so JD pretty much had to just print out papers. But instead he called me a handfull of times that morning asking questions when we already had it done. He had no idea what was right.. I would go back and deal with John any day but wouldn't recommend JD in sales. He puts no effort into customer service. More

After a walk through the selection of cars and a no pressure test drive I was ready to make a decision. Jon ihandles administration and i s very customer service oriented and fully addressed my questions and documented the purchase in a prompt fashion. He went above and beyond to represent the dealership and to make sure I had a vehicle with which I was happy. I have bad credit and John worked very hard to get a loan approved for me. He finally got an approval and I got the vehicle that I wanted. Greg also worked very hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. Whe approved for me. He finally got an approval and I got the vehicle that I wanted. Greg also worked very hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted. When I first went to see the car, he went there early to make sure the car was clean and looking good. Greg was also very patient with me as I fought with myself as to what I wanted to put as a down payment I called him and texted him several times and he was always very helpful and understanding. He even gave me a whole bag of cough drops that he didn't need because I was having a coughing spell and had none left in my purse. (That is what I call customer service.) More
