First thing I noticed was everyone I can in contact with was very polite and respectful. Haroon was a great salesman and very professional. Service advisor Chance was a great help when I needed warranty w was very polite and respectful. Haroon was a great salesman and very professional. Service advisor Chance was a great help when I needed warranty work done. He got my car back to me on Veterans Day which made my day being a disabled vet. Highly recommend. More

Had our vehicle for 8 weeks for a transmission. Everytime we called there guy chance kept just saying they were working on it but not giving anymore information, until I had to be slightly abrasive Everytime we called there guy chance kept just saying they were working on it but not giving anymore information, until I had to be slightly abrasive to get answers. That’s when they told me they still can’t get the gears to work ect. After another week they said they wanted to keep it an extra day and a half to detail our vehicle to try and make up for there horrible customer service and behavior. When we got the call to come get it the next day around noon, the whole inside was still dirty the dash was wiped with a shop rag. I swiped my hand across it and my hand was covered in oil. All they really did was freeze up our floor mats. I went over to show them and they just said yes we can see it’s not done right and again we’re sorry just bring it back another time. How many times do you have to give a place of business. A supposedly professional business but they gave you all such a bad name. I’m sorry to have to say this I just don’t want another family of 6 kids to be stranded without any vehicle for 2 months. The shop lead rushed and just didn't do the job well. Literally wrong grill put on. Wrong color bumper, left broken panels unrepaired, did not fix damage scratches, and now there's some new smell of cool Literally wrong grill put on. Oh...and when these were addressed he had the audacity to say I was nitpicking...the wrong replacement grill? Totally different style...Wrong color bumper...panels still broke and not fixed...scratches not repaired. Unfortunately the shop lead was the issue not the nitpicking More

I came in for the 9 th time with same brake problem. Time they refused to take care of the brake problem which I have had from day one. They blame Ford parts as the problem and that they did not see a p Time they refused to take care of the brake problem which I have had from day one. They blame Ford parts as the problem and that they did not see a problem. It is the same noise from front driver side brake. They refused to take care of the problem. I have been there 9 times for same problem it keeps returning. They tried to blame it on driver but this problem was there from day one and continues. They were dismissive . I will also contact Ford with their responce and lack of attention. Service dept is poor. The sale just as poor for selling a vehicle with this problem. More
