I went to Jeff Belzerās in New Prague after finding they were the only dealership in the area with the truck I wanted. I had an excellent experience working with John Majchrzak as my sales consultant and Br were the only dealership in the area with the truck I wanted. I had an excellent experience working with John Majchrzak as my sales consultant and Brian Albaugh in financing. Each person I met was friendly and straightforward. While my transaction went past their closing time, both John and Brian helped entertain my very active 5 year old. We had a great experience and will definitely return in the future! More

Great deal on 2017 Ram I've purchased over 30 new vehicles in my lifetime. This was one of the most Pleasant times I've ever had in dealing with a car dealership. NEVER AGAIN The only good thing about this experience was they had the truck I had been looking for. The sales person in New Prague was very short and did not wan The only good thing about this experience was they had the truck I had been looking for. The sales person in New Prague was very short and did not want to show us anything as he felt they were out of our price range. But then after the third sales person and going to Lakeville and waiting 30 minutes we got a Kia salesperson to at least talk to us. Then we purchased a 40000 plus truck the same day with a promise we would get a second key so we would have an admin key and also the door code. It has been 3months and 2 visits and 4 phone calls always being transford to someone else and being told they would have to charge me for the door code. 2 of them being managers that promised I would hear back from them in a day and still nothing. Also while waiting to some papers we waited an hour and a half with out any updates or anyone talking to us at all after being told it would be a few minutes. I finally went to find someone and they said it would be just a little longer. Then the finance guy had us signing papers and when we got to the payment he said oops and started typing and reprinted some papers and the payment went up and when we asked why he said oh he had just typed in a number wrong and when we said well that is not what we agreed to he got very short and said well we can stop right now. All in all, worst experience I have ever had. I have been to Apple ford twice sense then and they were more then happy to help with my door code at no cost and gave me a second key and the programming for their cost of the key. More

Original review: I have contacted the GSM Jon Barrows and left a message... I tried again later that day. I have yet to receive a phone call. I asked to speak to the GM, and was routed to a mailbox without a greeting message. I left a voicemail there as well. Update: After posting this review, Jon reached out to me within minutes. Phone calls are supposed to be forwarded to his cell, but apparently that didn't happen. I spoke with Jon for 30 minutes, and Jon has assured me that he will help correct the shortcomings of Chrysler Cares customer service, and followed through with that promise. More

Amended review Jeff Belzers is a high volume car dealer. I called and set up a time an hour and a half out to look at 1 specific truck. When I showed up after driv Jeff Belzers is a high volume car dealer. I called and set up a time an hour and a half out to look at 1 specific truck. When I showed up after driving over an hour to see it the truck was sitting right at the front door (I liked that) BUT the tires were caked in mud (so much you couldnt see the tread). So, the first 1/4 mile of my test drive, all I could hear was rocks and mud being thrown against the truck body. After the test drive I noticed scratches on the tailgate - on a brand new truck and after it was washed I was able to find more scratches on the hood and rocker panels. They amended the damage by tossing in floor mats at my suggestion so I was content with that. Our purchase experence wasnt perfect and we gave an appropriate review. Our salesperson called us multiple times and promised that if we sent Ford a second review that was excellent they'd send us mud flaps for the truck. We agreed - then after sending Ford an excellent second review our Jeff Belzers salesperson then told us they wouldn't honor the mud flaps that were promised. So...I wrote this review... HERE'S THE FOLLOW UP: After posting the above review Jon Barrows messaged me almost immediately. We talked for about 15 minutes and he genuinely cared about my business. In the end he not only fulfilled the dealerships original agreement by honoring the salespersons proposal but he also regained my trust. In the next year when we are ready to replace our next vehicle I would certainly offer Jeff Belzers Ford another chance at my business. Thank you Jon Barrows. More
