I purchased a new 2019 Golf R and have been having it serviced at Coastal since new. Whenever I am there I always "catch up" with John Wyman and Chris Ryan who I dealt with in 2019. They are always very serviced at Coastal since new. Whenever I am there I always "catch up" with John Wyman and Chris Ryan who I dealt with in 2019. They are always very personal and professional. I had since met Johnny Walker at my service last year. This month I was at the dealership for an oil change when I started talking with John and next thing I know I am purchasing a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas, Peak Edition. Johnny was my sales associate and Joe assisted as well. The Atlas checked off all of my boxes that I have been wanting and Coastal staff made it easy to make the move. I am always impressed that Coastal keeps its staff, it must be because they are treated well. I would highly recommend Coastal Volkswagen sales and service. More

Coastal VW was wonderful to work with towards leasing a new car. Their prices were the best I found in my area. The sales people, the sales manager and the business manager were all friendly, helpful witho new car. Their prices were the best I found in my area. I stopped at Coastal today to see if they could help me get my rear seat to move. This car is a brand new Atlas . I did not buy the car at Coastal but was told any VW dealer would help with car service. get my rear seat to move. This car is a brand new Atlas . I did not buy the car at Coastal but was told any VW dealer would help with car service. The salesman, Johnny Walker, who called me over. He listened to my problem, said he was on a training call and told me to take the car where I bought it!! I think that is a very bad attitude and service. I will avoid Coastal and Johnny Walker in the future! I advise you to do the same! More
