Johnny from Bill Luke Santan was a huge help and a breath of fresh air when it comes to the car buying process. He was very personable and waited on us hand and foot. The other managers that we dealt with we of fresh air when it comes to the car buying process. He was very personable and waited on us hand and foot. The other managers that we dealt with were just as helpful. When I buy a car, this is how I want the process to go. I never felt pressured and enjoyed the process from start to finish. I would recommend and will be back to see Johnny at Bill Luke in Gilbert in the future. More

I recently traded in my vehicle and gave a down payment, over a week later I received a call stating the terms of the lone had changed and in order to keep my vehicle I had to pay an additional $20,000. I w over a week later I received a call stating the terms of the lone had changed and in order to keep my vehicle I had to pay an additional $20,000. I was told I could also trade it for a similar vehicle but they only had one other similar vehicle. I had no choice but to take back my trade in and give back the vehicle that myself and my family were very excited to have. When we went to the dealership this morning everyone we interacted with seemed uncaring and unwilling to help. This has been extremely stressful and has included large expenditures that we will not recoup, we feel taken advantage of. More
