After my experience with Shottenkirk Ford I would not trust then to change out the wiper blades. Sad, sad place. The most dis-honest / un-experienced folks in the business. Lie to you straight faced and never miss a beat. From the top to the bottom, they keep passing the blame on to someone else. A business is only as good as it's worst employee.
