As soon as my husband and I walked into Westchester Toyota we were warmly greeted. We had already visited two other dealerships and just wanted to look around at the vehicle options. Johnny Hernandez a Toyota we were warmly greeted. We had already visited two other dealerships and just wanted to look around at the vehicle options. Johnny Hernandez approached us and introduced himself. He asked what we are looking for. We discussed my car needs and the Venza caught my eye. He explained the features and shared what he had in stock and offered us a test drive. My husband and I looked at the vehicles in stock and we took the Limited one out for a test drive. While I drove, Johnny explained all the features of the vehicle, which demonstrated how knowledgeable he is. I loved the way it drove. We returned and discussed pricing and the application process. Johnny also reached out to our insurance carrier to get a quote, which was very helpful. His manager Modesto came by and spoke to us personally. After some options discussed and discounts considered we moved forward with the application process, as well as adding the vehicle to our insurance carrier. After some time, credit check, the finance manager Jay shared various options. After consideration we agreed on what would work best for us. While that was happening, Johnny had the car detailed and worked on getting us the license plates. Paperwork processed and all documents explained and signed. We met again with Johnny who congratulated us and proceeded to walk us through the car features. He helped me set up my Toyota app and car play. He explained what to expect over the next couple of months with a second key fob. We are truly grateful to Johnny Hernandez. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable and great to work with.
